UX Researcher

At Credijusto we build products that support our business and customers through achieving operational efficiency and scalability. User Researchers help everyone focus on the user. In this role, you will create understanding and empathy around user needs, stated and unstated, for your entire product team including designers, product managers, and engineers. You will do so by conducting primary research, exploring the behaviors and motivations of our users through methods like field visits, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis. Your research will help us create useful, usable, and delightful new products and features for people as well as continually innovating on our existing products. You’ll inspire change at all stages of product development by delivering compelling, written, in-person and visual presentations on your findings.

As a User Researcher for Credijusto, you will navigate ambiguity and contribute to early product definition as well as successful launches. You will bring expertise in research practices across all phases of the product life-cycle, grounding in UX design process and tools, sensitivity toward business and technical constraints, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities

Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.

Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing).

Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other User Researchers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.

Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.


 

Minimum qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Human Computer-Interaction, Anthropology, Ethnography, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience

Experience researching and identifying strategic or design problems and designing solutions

Experience developing and managing longitudinal research and identifying appropriate research methods for the project

Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define and explore product opportunities

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in synthesizing complex research and data into product strategy, using data to identify product insights for multiple cross-functional teams in the organization

Experience in designing and shipping digital design experiences

Experience working with visual and interaction design tools

Experience communicating design rationale in a clear and concise manner

Passion for building interactive products that users love
